In many occasions good planning requires frequent interaction with numerous client groups, careful allocation of scarce resources and skill in conflict resolution. Added to these requirements is the need to coordinate with governmental agencies, other companies and private interest groups or organizations. Our staff is capable in dealing with all these groups and factors. Our professionals constantly network with government agencies in Professional and Trade Organizations in issues that affect our profession as well as our client's businesses.

Together we planned numerous subdivisions, amounting to over 10,000 residential lots alone, and have participated in the preparation of Comprehensive Development Plans for the City of Sweetwater, Florida. We have also planned numerous sites for commercial-industrial activities, including planned communities as well as individual sites. In every planning decision made, we take in to consideration all the necessary elements to support the infrastructure of that development.

As a team, we look at planning as a decision making tool to help each client identify project needs and take appropriate action. Planning allows clients to make realistic and cost-effective choices of feasible alternatives.
